Happy Thanksgiving, kids!

This site accidentally got severed from the bridge between the shorter name, which I tried my TEMPER TANTRUM BEST to repair by phone with GoDaddy. I had to stop when I realized I may have been yelling. The folks there must be used to it – or they work while heavily sedated – cuz DUANE never once chastised me for the repeated MTHRFCKRS or F*CKS that seasoned my rather spicy vernacular.

TECHNOLOGY IS A VILE SUCCUBUS. And my world-weary brain, once so good at Problem-solving has become THE PROBLEM. I’ll try to fix it another day.

Rena usually fixes a glorious Holiday repast for Alf & me, but after a rough week of Modem installations & various other tedious, niggling details pestering this serene sanctuary, I gave her respite from cooking today & only tomorrow, for her family.

Now I’m wishing I’d let her make a PIE. But that doesn’t jibe with letting her leave early, so we’ll just skip it altogether. Even all the neighbors are gone!

But we still have a roof over our heads! For THAT I am MOST GRATEFUL.
